This information is inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European personal data protection authorities, joined in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to set some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line; in particular, methods, times and kind of information data controllers must supply to users when they connect to web pages, independent of connection purpose.

In case of need, data connected to the newsletter service can be processed by personnel maintaining the technological part of the website, Interconsult S.r.l.
